War Incorporates Policy Regarding Standards of Behaviour
1 Introduction

War Incorporated seek to provide an enjoyable and inviting place to play, and to participate in the war gaming hobby, for all attendees at our meetings.

To help us achieve this, we have a few guidelines for our meetings that we ask attendees to abide by.  If you enter the meeting, you agree to abide by these rules.

2 Standards of Behaviour

There will be no verbal or physical abuse of any other attendee.

Given War incorporated is open to the community at large, and as a result our members come from a variety of ages, backgrounds and beliefs there will be no discrimination of any kind by any attendee towards any other person at the club meetings. This includes but is not limited to discrimination on grounds of ethnic origin, gender, age, mental/physical ability or political/religious belief.
Please keep harsh language to acceptable levels for a public event.
Any activities that impinge on the health, safety and enjoyment of other members are unacceptable.
Please respect the property of other attendees and the club.  Do not touch the miniatures of other attendees without the permission of the owner.  Take care not to damage or soil terrain or game cloths.   If you damage another attendee’s property you will be asked to replace damaged items or provide equivalent money to the items financial value.  Painted models will be compensated at twice their retail sale price, based on current Games Workshop prices.
Please keep all food and beverages away from the games tables, terrain, miniatures and game cloths.

The consumption of alcohol and/or cigarettes within the Club premises is strictly prohibited.
There is no distinction between members on the basis of age. These standards of conduct apply to all members and acceptance is implicit in Club membership.

If you break the rules..

War Incorporated organisers (Jordan Green, Chris La Grange, Alistair Allen) reserve the right to eject any attendee for any reason.   Repeated infractions may result in permanent barring from club meetings.

Supervision of Junior Attendees Policy – For Children under 16

It is a club requirement that persons under the age of sixteen (16) years are supervised at all times. This means that no member under sixteen years old may be present at the Club without a supervising adult. For the purposes of this policy the Club recognises an adult as a person 18 years or older.
The parent(s)/guardian/caregiver of the Junior member or visiting non-member will be responsible for ensuring that this requirement is complied with.
Unless the parent(s)/guardian/caregiver has explicitly arranged supervision of a member under sixteen years with a War Inc attendee over the age of eighteen years, they are required to remain on the premises and supervise their child. (This supervising adult must make themselves known to the duty member)
In the event that alternative supervision is arranged, full contact details for the parent(s)/ guardian/ caregiver are to be left with the supervising adult.
The parent(s)/guardian/caregiver must ensure the "Standards of Behaviour" and "Supervision of Junior Members" policy has been discussed with the Junior member and they are both aware of the expectations and responsibilities and agree to abide by them.
In the event that a Junior member under 16 years old attended a Club meeting without suitable supervision, then a organiser would be alerted and the parent(s), guardian/caregiver rung to either collect him/them or to provide supervision. It is a requirement of attendance that parents/guardians of junior members provide contact details where they can readily be reached.
Should a non-member under the age of sixteen years visit the Club, the policy will be explained and they will be provided with a copy of the policy for their parent(s)/guardians/caregivers' approval. They will then be asked to return with the necessary supervising adult.
